Tap the caption to see all photos and/or videos. If you have multiple photos or videos will the same caption, you’ll see a photo count on the right edge. Choose a caption to see the photos related to it. Now scroll all of the way to the bottom of the page. To find a photo or video based on a caption, go to the “Search tab” and then tap the “Search” bar at the top and type in a word or a phrase from one of your captions. The Photos app will now start indexing the caption. You can also come back here at any time to edit the caption. You can repeat the process for all the photos and videos that you want to add a caption to.
